Required Qualifications:
Be at least 18 years of age
Eligible to work in the United States and for the Altria family of companies
Must possess (3) or more years of experience as Industrial Electrician
Have preferably completed an apprenticeship or journeyman's card, technical school, equivalent military technical training, or an industrial technology degree
Have a strong safety orientation
Ability to work on any shift, and must be willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Strong verbal and written communication skills
High degree of initiative and conscientiousness
Ability to help our production teams drive innovation
Ability to perform mathematical calculations
Ability to work to code from drawings and manuals in troubleshooting, repairing, installing and/or calibrating electrical equipment and devices such as distributed control systems, programmable logic controllers, motors, sensors, transformers, starters, relays and switches
Ability to plan the layout and installation of equipment (e.g., motor starters & controls), fixtures (e.g., lighting systems) and wiring (e.g., conduit) based on specifications and codes
Ability to install and maintain safety systems including emergency lighting, fire alarm systems, uninterruptible power systems, battery systems, and utility communications systems
Ability to trace and diagnose malfunctions using hand tools and test equipment such as multi-meters
Demonstrated expertise in the use of cable reels, stripping tools, voltage detectors, crimping tools, and wire and cable cutters
Experience with 3-phase 240/480 volt power distribution systems
