Draft and review confidentiality agreements and other transaction documents.
Support company due diligence efforts.
Assist with ongoing obligations for past transactions, including review of past transaction documents.
Summarize key agreement terms and maintain confidentiality agreement and other agreement charts.
Assist with presentation generation and management.
Maintain an organized database of transaction documents.
We want you to have:
Bachelor's degree or Associates degree in Paralegal Studies.
8 years' experience in the legal field with 5+ years of experience supporting attorneys in M&A practice areas.
Understanding of confidentiality agreements, M&A processes, and strategic transactions.
Mix of law firm and in-house experience a plus.
Demonstrated project management experience and management of multiple priorities.
Attention to detail.
