Production Technician

but not limited to, working in tight or confined spaces, working at higher elevations, climbing on machinery, working in a dusty environment; majority of shift will be spent operating manufacturing equipment, lift equipment, forklift, etc.

• Performing physical tasks like lifting up to 50 pounds
• Following verbal instructions accurately
• Operating electric lift equipment, forklifts, and pallet trucks
• Applying basic mathematical skills
• Conducting quality inspections and completing digital checklists

Required Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Legally eligible to work in the United States and for USSTC.

• Available to work any shift, including overtime, weekends, and holidays on short notice.

• Preferred: Manufacturing Technician Certification (MT1), equivalent manufacturing experience, operator experience or military background.

• Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.

• Successful completion of required assessment.

Compensation:

The starting wage for this position is $26.09 per hour, with potential additional compensation through our manufacturing incentive program. Wages increase over 48 months.
