will be doing:**
Organize a multi-channel engagement strategy supporting AGDC's FSF, trade partners and third parties to effectively communicate actions required in support of AGDC's business initiatives
Lead the implementation of AGDC's trade portal leveraging Salesforce Experience Cloud, along with integrations with other Salesforce products and back-end technology leveraged by AGDC
Define an oversee the roadmap of capabilities delivered through the trade portal, including prioritization, creation of user stories and definition of acceptance criteria
Manage a team of two direct reports with clear objectives and coaching to grow support and project management and Salesforce delivery expertise
Oversee vendor relationships and build cross-functional relationships across Altria
Develop measurement tools to understand engagement and facilitate change management to ensure smooth adoption of new trade partner solutions.
