Oversee the development of functional requirements; this includes the creation of charters and other project control documents.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements
Demonstrated effective leadership skills including performance management, career development, conflict resolution, and stakeholder alignment.
Demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and maintaining communications and collaboration technologies in a large multi-site and hybrid work environment, specifically including the Microsoft 365 suite (Exchange/Outlook, Office, Teams, Teams Voice, SharePoint, Copilot).
Experience managing large-scale video conferencing environments based on both Teams and Zoom.
Solid knowledge and understanding of the security, privacy, business and regulatory requirements associated with communications and collaboration technologies and solutions.

In this hybrid role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from the office. Candidates should reside within approximately 35-50 miles of one of the following office locations: Madison, WI 53783; Boston, MA 02110
