"I feel that this company has presented so many opportunities for growth and really takes pride in helping us achieve our goals. I feel appreciated, I feel valued, and I feel like I have the space and freedom to explore avenues of the business that I didn't even know existed. The work life balance is immaculate, I never feel like I don't have capability to take time for me if I need it. "

"Having worked for the company over 8 years, and the last two years in the pandemic. I have seen great changes that have come. More flexibility than before and being able to really promote remote work within most roles. It has really opened up past Madison, WI. "

"AmFam puts money where their mouth is with DEI efforts with the culture and community investments. Never seen a Fortune 300 company speak so strongly on social justice and make changes to benefit all humans. Really proud to work at a place that cares about the whole person. "

"American Family Insurance values different perspectives. They have taken significant steps in hiring more women and promoting more women into leadership positions. They value having gender and racial diversity in all of our departments because different people bring different perspectives. This is talked about at nearly every leadership event that I have attended. It starts at the top with our CEO. He communicates our strategy and explains why diverse perspectives are important to our business and customers!"
