Primary Accountabilities
You will produce enterprise financial reporting packages
You will work with a cross-functional team to maintain a data ecosystem that feeds financial reporting and produce commentary on financial results
You will build financial models and analyses that support results reporting, including current year results, forecasts & projections and industry data
You will provide ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions and support management across the organization.
You will assist in the development and maintenance of metrics/scorecards that measure the company's execution of its strategic focus areas.
Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements
Strong data analysis skills using tools such as Excel, SQL, Python and/or R
Demonstrated experience in financial statement and management reporting.
Demonstrated experience performing financial and operational analysis.
Solid knowledge and understanding of forecasting techniques, statistical analysis, data modeling, and data mining.
Solid knowledge and understanding of insurance accounting and operations.
Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service
Travel requirement up to 5%
