Act as a translator between customers, market needs, and company partners, including business lines and cross-functional teams.
Identify measurements, analyze customer feedback and usage data to pinpoint pain points and opportunities.
Collaborate with partner teams to train users on new Digital Servicing platform features.
Define and prioritize product backlog items, ensuring understanding of larger product goals (epics) and maintaining a clear, visible backlog.
Track and address product dependencies.
Incorporate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to improve user satisfaction.
Expand knowledge of design thinking, UX, and other frameworks to apply flexible, hybrid methodologies tailored to the team, product, and customer needs.
Specialized Knowledge and Skills Requirements
Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
Solid knowledge of the technology industry, including current and emerging digital solutions and trends, as well as data science space.
Solid knowledge of agile methodologies, managing data and tech solutions, industry standards and best practices.
Solid knowledge and understanding of the market, users, and landscape of digital products and applications.
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills with ability to transfer knowledge.
Demonstrated experience fostering a collaborative and cross-functional team environment.
Demonstrated experience applying critical thinking to the analysis of opportunities and making recommendations accordingly.
Demonstrated experience being results-oriented with a bias for action, meeting deadlines with attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
Preferred qualifications:
Insurance industry experience.
Partner channel experience.

In this hybrid role you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month out of the Madison, WI or Boston, MA offices.
