    Position summary

    ntabilities
    • Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for leaders, including managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; compiling documents for travel-related meetings; and scheduling and coordinating meetings internally and/or with vendors
    • Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the leader, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determine appropriate course of action, referral or response.
    • Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the leader's office and internal departments, demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff.
    • Work closely and effectively with the leader(s) keep him/her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.

    Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements
    • Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
    • Demonstrated skills and ability to operate general office equipment.
    • Demonstrated experience in administrative work and general office administration.
    • Keyboarding/typing ability of 25 WPM.
    • Solid knowledge and experience of PC and product software.
