    Position summary

    development methodology.

    • Translate business needs into understandable requirements for clients and technologists.
    • Develop requirements for solution design and components.
    • Find requirements from architectural/design decisions.
    • Define quality attributes, constraints, and non-functional requirements.
    • Evaluate and reconcile information from multiple sources, distinguishing user requests from true needs.
    • Analyze requirements to ensure they meet higher-level objectives.

    Specialized Knowledge & Skills:

    • Experience providing customer-driven solutions and support.
    • Expertise defining technical SDLC requirements for complex IT projects.
    • Consulting experience developing test strategies and plans for medium to large IT projects.
    • Proficiency using facilitation techniques to elicit and document requirements.
    • Familiarity with modeling techniques/tools for requirement agreement.
    • Knowledge of SDLC methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Iterative, Agile).
    • Understanding of system architecture and engineering processes.
    • Knowledge of infrastructure technologies and interconnectivity between platforms and tools.
    • Insight into general business operations and strategies.
    • Accounts receivable and payment knowledge is a bonus.
    • Jira and Confluence experience.

    In this hybrid role you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month out of either our Boston, MA or Madison, WI offices.
