Develops, tests, and deploys automated reporting solutions and automated decision analytics to replace manual business processes.
Manages and optimizes claims data models and reporting architecture within GCP.
Analyzes and addresses data quality issues, tests and analyzes impact of system changes to data/reporting infrastructure.
Collaborates with key stakeholders to define key financial and operational metrics to continuously monitor, track, and report performance.
Collaborates with business partners in the development and delivery of key performance analysis and reporting.
May be requested to complete other assignments or participate in projects based upon skills, achievements, or experience.
Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements
Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
Demonstrated strong experience utilizing data tools to build complex formulas and create reports.
Demonstrated experience developing and documenting data sets, definitions, and reporting standards.
Understanding of software tools to query and report data. Experience with BigQuery SQL and Looker Studio preferred.
Knowledge of a variety of standard reporting software packages and best practices for report deployment processes.
Knowledge of data security and governance best practices.
Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to define and deliver key performance metrics.
