Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements
Demonstrated effective leadership skills.
Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service
Solid knowledge and understanding of agents business environment.
Demonstrated experience designing, developing, delivering & facilitating training and learning programs.
Solid knowledge and understanding of state licensing and continuing education requirements for producers of property and casualty insurance products.
Extensive knowledge of instructional models and experience developing online, digital content.
Licenses
Property and casualty producer license for all operating and/or service states must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
Life insurance producer licenses for all operation and/or service states must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
Required to maintain current, active license(s) status by continuing education and meeting all state, operating and regulatory requirements.
Travel Requirements
Up to 10%.

In this hybrid role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from the office.
