    Position summary

    Primary Accountabilities

    • Create a collaborative, performance-driven work environment by facilitating and encouraging trust, transparency, and inclusion. Work with team members to set clear goals, provide feedback, perform performance assessments, and support on-going development.
    • Lead with influence and expertise. Contribute to division or department leadership team. Communicate and support organization mission, vision, values and policies.
    • Responsible for the ongoing corporate planning process; collaborate across divisions and all levels.
    • Establish and drive processes for the corporate portfolio and all sub-portfolios.
    • Maintain a link to stakeholders related to budget, strategy and finance.
    • Provide oversight for tracking, monitoring and reporting of progress towards strategic goals.

    Specialized Knowledge and Skills Requirements

    • Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.

    • Demonstrated experience communicating with all levels of company management.

    • Demonstrated experience successfully planning and executing large corporate initiatives involving multiple operational and technical areas across the organization.

    • Demonstrated effective management or leadership experience.

    Additional Specialized Knowledge and Skills

    • Extensive experience with project/program and portfolio management tools, methods and practices (like Apptio Targetprocess, JIRA and SAFe lean portfolio management)
    • Demonstrated experience driving continuous improvement of portfolio practices at scale.
    • Demonstrated experience with and influencing senior leaders.
    • Demonstrated experience consulting on simplification, modernization or optimization of enterprise portfolio planning processes.
    • Demonstrated experience with budget, metrics and other operational analyses.
    • Solid knowledge and understanding of operational and strategic planning.
