    • Creates a collaborative, performance-driven work environment by facilitating and fostering trust, transparency, and inclusion. Works with team members to set clear goals, provide feedback, perform performance assessments, and support on-going development.

    • Leads with influence and expertise. Actively contributes to division or department leadership team. Communicates and supports organization mission, vision, values, policies, and practices.

    • Leads with a continuous improvement approach and recommends actions to improve premium volume growth and profitability.

    • Leads implementation of product development or product management changes. Includes other corporate stakeholders for opportunity identification, enterprise service linkage, vendor management and research. 

    • Oversees product research and insights gathering and analysis including competitive intelligence, customer empathy, develop pricing models and analysis and innovation methodology.

    • Manages the analysis of business results, external market dynamics and other data sources to assess trends and develop actionable insights and recommendations to address business issues.

    • Works with business partners to identify and scope new opportunities for reporting and financial analysis applications to evaluate business performance and to support business decisions.

    • Responsible for communication and delivery of reporting and financial model results to business partners, supporting socialization and adoption of analysis results into business activities and decisions.

    Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements

    • Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.

    • PNC Insurance industry experience and Product knowledge is required.

    • Demonstrated experience analyzing and interpreting facts and data, including financial information, in a way that can lead to actionable conclusions.

    • Demonstrated experience communicating to a variety of audiences to review findings, arguments, options, risks, benefits, and other issues in a frame of reference that the audience can understand.

    • Demonstrated experience in driving to results in one or more of the following areas: sales, product lines, claims, or other core business functions.

    • Demonstrated experience managing and leading large complex projects or programs with a cross-divisional impact toward intended results.

    • Demonstrated effective experience leading people or projects.

    • Solid knowledge and understanding of root cause analysis and processes.

    • Demonstrated experience developing insurance product strategies.

    • Demonstrated leadership experience in product management and/or development with a focus on profit and loss.

    • Solid knowledge and of market research and marketplace and regulatory trends.

    • Solid knowledge and understanding of product design and product management.

    • Solid knowledge of and experience with advanced financial and data analysis techniques.

    In this flex office/home role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from one of the following office locations: Madison, WI 53783; Boston, MA 02110, Denver, CO 80112; Eden Prairie, MN 55343; Keene, NH 03431; St. Joseph, MO 64507; Phoenix, AZ 85034;
    Candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of the office location (or 35-mile radius for Boston
