Primary Accountabilities
You will lead the integration of Sustainable Business Framework strategy across the enterprise.
You will partner with leadership and stakeholders to track progress and deliver quarterly and annual reporting on annual business planning, key organization metrics, and other innovation strategy projects.
You will create and maintain strong relationships with divisional leadership to consult and advance strategies associated with business performance and operational excellence.
You will conduct competitive research and develops a strong understanding of businesses adjacent to American Family and important macro industry trends.
You will control project scope, resources (people and budget) and schedule.
Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements
Demonstrated experience conducting research and interpreting quantitative and qualitative data.
Demonstrated experience consulting and working with senior management and presenting complex concepts to influencing decision makers.
Demonstrated experience evaluating business trends and developing new business programs and strategies in response.
Demonstrated experience solving business problems through leadership of cross functional teams.
Demonstrated expertise in Emissions (Scope 1, 2 and 3) and TCFD reporting preferred.
Demonstrated expertise in leading cross-functional groups of stakeholders in council structure, and accompanying governance.
Travel requirements up to 10%.
