    Production UW Consultant - Underwriting Performance

    • You will conduct analysis to improve the efficiency of underwriting operations and underwriting performance trends

    • You will develop metrics and analyze underwriting data to make recommendations that impact profitability trends

    • You will research individual policies to support and resolve problems identified through data analysis

    • You will develop reports and narrative for utilization during strategic business unit meetings.

    • You will acquire, summarize, and create visualizations for data necessary to support analysis.

    Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements

    • Demonstrated problem solving, critical thinking, quantitative and analytical skills.

    • Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support, or service.

    • Demonstrated experience making underwriting decisions.

    • Knowledge and understanding of property and casualty insurance practices, standards, and concepts.

    • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and influence others.

    • Basic knowledge of data and reporting tools

    • Basic knowledge of data environments and data environment use.

    • Demonstrated analytical skills
