To achieve and exceed partner-sourced revenue goals by actively managing a portfolio of assigned partners
To develop and execute joint business plans with key partners, aligning their go-to-market strategies with Appian's priorities and ensuring program compliance
To serve as the primary enablement resource for assigned partners, educating them on Appian's value proposition, solutions, sales methods, and competitive positioning to build partner competency and self-sufficiency
To connect Appian sales, marketing, and solution consulting teams with partner leads to jointly develop customer opportunities from qualification to closure
To maintain accurate sales data and report on partner performance
Basic qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of professional experience, preferably in enterprise software sales
3+ years previous partner/channel enterprise software sales experience strongly preferred
Experience with the State and Local government market, either within a software, distributor or system integrator company
Working knowledge of business process automation with a history of qualifying client solution areas and orchestrating multi-departmental solution sales
Excellent written / verbal communication and presentation skills
Confident, competitive, thorough, and tenacious attitude
Able to work independently, but within a team environment
Ability to travel within assigned region
