"It's a great company for women - they treat women and men equally, they are flexible, the benefits are great - e.g. generous maternity leave, unlimited PTO that is encouraged to take (people in my department take on average 4 weeks but you can go up to 6 weeks/year). "

"Appian fosters a great community for women. There are various opportunities for women to get involved in leadership roles, including AppianWOMEN. Although women are the minority on my team, I feel empowered by the strong, intelligent women I have the privilege of working with everyday. "
