We are seeking an Associate Platform Specialist to join our Ad Platforms team, work with Platform Specialist help developers with promotions and discovery across Apple Services in mainland China. We hope you have strong communications and interpersonal skills, customer-focused demeanor and team spirit. We also hope you are proactive and resourceful. The ability to learn quickly and work independently to meet revenue and business objectives in performance advertising in the mobile gaming and app developer space are highly appreciated.

    Description

    You will join the Platform Specialist team, based in Shanghai. As an Associate Platform Specialist, you will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their business goals by supporting in campaign optimization, building relationships and helping the team achieve their goals. You will be responsible for providing recommendations to clients on how to best leverage our platform to improve their campaign performance. This role involves collaboration with internal teams, strong attention to detail and a positive attitude. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our business by ensuring our clients are maximizing the value of our platform. You will be part of a dynamic team and will have the opportunity to learn and grow within the company.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for learning and customer engagement.

    • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think creatively and attention to detail.

    • Comfortable working with numbers and an eagerness to develop analytical skills.

    • Good analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel or similar tools.

    • Professional working proficiency in both English and Mandarin.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with digital marketing, advertising or closely related fields.

    • Have account management experience, operations or other client facing sales and service functions

    • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent.
