    Position summary

    es. Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, optical, and software teams to deliver seamless and innovative imaging solutions. Navigate ambiguity, solve complex system integration challenges, and lead programs from concept through launch. Influence product and technology roadmaps by working closely with design, architecture, and operations teams. Be the voice of the program-communicating milestones, risks, and vision clearly across executive and engineering leadership.     Minimum Qualifications

    • 3-5 years of experience as a Program Manager or System Engineer in the camera or imaging systems industry.

    • At least 3 years of hands-on firmware and hardware development experience, with a deep understanding of system integration and technical challenges.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Industrial & Management Engineering, ideally with an MBA, from a leading university.

    • Experience in a consumer electronics company or large global organization, with a proven ability to ship products at scale.

    • Strong leadership and communication skills-you inspire passion, rally teams, and drive accountability in a matrixed organization.

    • Understands and deals well with rapid development cycles; remains flexible and calm in the face of ambiguity.

    • Willingness to travel International frequently, to support development and manufacturing partners.

    • Comfortable attending late evening conference calls (2-3 times/week) with teams based in the U.S. West Coast

    • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
