    Position summary

    ility included by not limited to :

    Collaborate with Engineering team to define product / process CTQ and Quality requirements across the supply chain.

    Work with vendor to established robust quality system, control plan, quality gates and setup adequate coverage for IQC / IPQC / OQC / OBA and MAT (Material Acceptance Test).

    Setup digital Quality dashboard and timely feedback loop to monitor Quality performance.

    Develop best practices, apply lesson learned, conduct fault injection and do periodic line audits to govern Quality standard.

    Define cosmetic inspection condition, spec requirements, limit samples and validate optimized spec threshold to reduce overkill risk.

    Lead node2node GRR and correlation for cosmetic, dimension and test metrology.

    Manage quality crisis, downstream customer complaints or upstream material related issues's FACA until closure. Including work with technical team and vendor to suggest issue's hypothesis / fishbone, aligned for FA approach, kick-off DOEs to identified root caused and put the right Correction Actions and Preventive Actions (CAPA) in place.

    Continuously drive innovation ideas, such as Smart Quality, Digital Transformation, Green Manufacturing, Cost of Quality reduction, etc.","responsibilities":"Seeking an expert professional who brings expertise in the Optical manufacturing and quality management of high precision components for camera or other optical devices. As Core Technology Quality Engineers, they are responsible for driving quality improvement actions on future products. They enable a mass production capable manufacturing processes and develop plans to validate / verify new product quality at each development breakthrough. They approach problems in an engineering method and make data driven decision. Quality Engineers also bring up capable suppliers which can implement at a high level in an ongoing basis.

    Preferred Qualifications
    Hands-on spirit and data driven mindset. Excel in making logical decision with in-depth technical knowledge and good quality sense.
    Fluent in English and Chinese communication, able to read and write in both languages.
    Knowledge in molding or lamination or CNC or semiconductor backend assembly / test or Optical engineering / metrology is preferred.
    Experience in defining cosmetic inspection condition, specifications and limit samples. Knowledge in AVI / AOI / Machine Learning is a plus.
    Able to collaborate with technical team in defining product CTQ in early NPI stage ,setup necessary control, monitoring system and validate spec corner / fault injection plan across the supply chain prior to ramp.
    Able to lead and define GRR and correlation plan for complex metrology tools across the supply chain.
    Ability to develop vendor Quality management system, inspection gate and sampling plan, dashboard, Quality Requirement Documents (QRD) and Quality Control Plan (QCP).
    Knowledge in Failure Analysis (FA) techniques such as FTIR, EDX, FIB, DCS, SEM, etc is a plus.
    Experience in data science, coding (python, etc) , smart quality initiatives, digital transformation is an advantage.

    Minimum Qualifications
    Master/BS in Engineering with above 5 years of experience in Optical / Electro-Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing.
    Familiar with MSA, CPK, GRR, Correlation and experience in data analysis tools (JMP, Minitab, Tableau, etc).
    Rich experience in working with multifunctional teams. Demonstrated strong interpersonal and influential skill.
