    Manage risks, mitigations, and drive alignment across the organization and between teams

    Provide clear, timely and objective communication, including regular program status updates and critical issues as needed to executive team

    Coordinate discussions and break down complex issues into discussion topics to drive engineering and design alignment with support from project team, maintaining an orientation toward teamwork and collaboration

    Proactively identify issues and solutions, and mobilize resources necessary to attack and resolve

    Coordinate with teams to identify issues, prioritize tasks and track risks to schedule and product quality, including cross-functional dependencies

    Preferred Qualifications

    Past experience with mobile-first client side frameworks programs. Building a framework offering and driving/tracking adoption is a plus.

    10+ years of experience in technical program management, service delivery, or engineering leadership

    A history of leadership, decision making, negotiation skills, and ability to influence partners without direct authority

    Strong analytical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills.

    Experience leading multiple complex projects simultaneously

    Ability to communicate abstract ideas clearly and independently manage complex project objectives

    Proven experience driving multi-team development schedules across both server and client environments

    Hands-on experience driving AI initiatives - from early problem framing, data analysis, through development, evaluation, launch readiness and ongoing service management

    Previous experience building customer facing products / services with foundational understanding of the technical details

    Minimum Qualifications

    5+ years of experience in Program / Project management successfully leading highly cross-functional software development

    Experience leading large programs; from requirements gathering collaboration with product and design teams, through software development and release qualification while maintaining a high bar for quality

    Proven self-starter, who is dedicated and demonstrates creative and critical thinking abilities

    Systems within this scope are complex, so you will not only be expected to be able to readily understand complicated and subtle interdependencies, but also to evaluate new requests and new information in light of these systems

    Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to filter and distill relevant information for the right audience

    Proven record in defining processes, developing metrics and executing on them while driving program maturity and process optimization. Being able to think on your feet is important, as is the ability to thoughtfully and efficiently debate the validity of a given approach to any aspect of a project under your control

    Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $172,100 and $305,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
