    Position summary

    manage-at all levels from tactical to strategic. We build a vision that can inspire customers to transform using Apple products. We collaborate closely with internal and external partners to craft plans for solutions and new use cases, and then we help drive execution of the solution.

    This is a home office, field sales role based in the posting location and requires up to 35% domestic travel.

    Description

    In this role, you will:

    • Act as a trusted advisor on the Apple ecosystem, business transformation, and Apple platform adoption, serving Apple's Enterprise customers

    • Work collaboratively across Apple, our Major Accounts, channel and other strategic solution partners to change the way people work.

    • Deeply understand our customers' businesses, technical ambitions and critical initiatives.

    • Remove technical barriers and friction points, and enhance customer readiness for our platform.

    • Create new standard methodologies and share them.

    • Use proven experience to gain credibility and increased influence with customer executives.

    • Drive sales both by providing pre-sales technical expertise and by independently identifying and developing new business opportunities within the territory to increase the adoption and penetration of Apple products.

    • Address client issues and concerns.

    • Leverage every engagement as an opportunity to enable our partners to learn Apple's messaging or best practices.

    • Regularly assess and communicate the strength and efficiency of the partnership.

    For postings in Ontario, qualified candidates can expect a hiring rate up to the midpoint of the pay range. On an exceptional basis, candidates with significant experience and skills for the role may be paid up to the range maximum.

    Preferred Qualifications

    Broad experience selling complex technical solutions

    IT leadership and/or pre-sales consultation experience a plus

    Hands-on knowledge of multiple operating systems including Windows, macOS and iOS/iPadOS

    Outstanding communication, presentation, and organizational skills

    Passion for continuous improvement with the curiosity to uncover gaps, resilience to manage ambiguity, and drive to optimize processes and create solutions

    Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to bring structure and clarity where none exists

    Excellent collaboration and relationship building skills, including the ability to influence cross-functionally, navigate organizational structures, and manage complex relationships

    Ability to build, maintain, and strengthen high-level customer relationships

    Minimum Qualifications

    8+ years of experience advising on technical transformation solutions for large enterprises or in a consultative pre-sales engineering role

    Background in a customer facing role in IT technology, preferably with a portfolio that includes hardware, software, and services

    Expertise in building and delivering compelling presentations, demonstrations and seminars

    Solid understanding of Apple products and customer needs that can be translated into a compelling solution in real-time

    Strong sales experience, including qualifying, overcoming objections and obstacles, and closing business

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

    Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $129,000 and $247,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

    Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple Inc.'s discretionary employee stock programs. Employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit award recommendations, and can purchase Apple Inc. stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple Inc.'s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
