Executive Assistant - Human Interface Design

tization of critical projects and adjusting priorities as needed Strategic calendar management of multiple dynamic calendars - Coordination of weekly SVP Design meetings - Preparation for meetings with appropriate check-ins and follow through - Superior written communication skills: drafting emails, agendas, meeting notes, etc - Assist with special projects related to space planning, design awards, and other areas as needed - Plan and support team events throughout the year, bringing creativity and attention to detail to team activities - Represent the Studio with integrity, discretion, diplomacy all while being an ambassador for Design culture at Apple

Minimum Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Strong project management skills

• Resourceful, proactive and flexible, with the ability to anticipate change and react quickly

• Collaborative approach to work with a positive attitude

• Calm, friendly and professional demeanor

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Apple products and collaboration such as Calendar, Numbers and Keynote, Quip

• AA or BS degree preferred

• Minimum of 5+ years of EA experience supporting VP, SVP or C-level executives. Working in a creative environment a plus.

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $110,500 and $207,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
