Description

As the Logistics Systems Transformation Business Leader, you will be responsible for developing and driving a multi-year systems transformation strategy that embraces autonomous workflows, bi-directional data connectivity, AI/ML optimization, and advanced simulation capabilities. You will collaborate with partners across the organization to identify problems, provide requirements for future-state logistics systems architecture, and oversee implementation of solutions that drive measurable business value. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Lead the development of a comprehensive logistics systems transformation strategy and multi-year roadmap aligned with business objectives - Design innovative logistics systems maximising principles of no-touch autonomous workflows, bi-directional data connectivity, AI/ML optimization, and simulation capabilities - Serve as the main liaison between business partners and technology teams to ensure solutions meet operational requirements - Drive organisational change initiatives to facilitate adoption of new systems and processes - Develop cases and ROI analyses to secure executive consensus and investment for transformation initiatives - Oversee implementation of logistics systems solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic vision - Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the logistics technology roadmap - Lead teams through all phases of the transformation journey, from ideation to implementation - Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of transformation initiatives

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field

• 12+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain operations, or related field

• 10+ years of experience leading technology transformation initiatives or large-scale system implementations

• Demonstrated knowledge of logistics systems and technologies, including TMS, WMS, and visibility platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing strategic roadmaps and driving organizational change

• Solid understanding of systems integration and data management principles

• Superb communication and stakeholder management skills

• Demonstrable ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,300 and $263,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
