    Description

    The Social Media Producer at Apple is responsible for bringing creative ideas to life and support the content strategy used in social media spaces (primarily with rednote, Weibo platforms and campaign-based with influencers and press outlets). This professional should be able to deliver innovative thinking, and will collaborate with multiple teams to deliver integrated and cohesive creative solutions. - Partner with Creatives and Content Teams closely and push for creative and tech innovation for social media programs, with the goal of enhancing Apple's impact and influence in the social media landscape. - Own and manage the creative development process for social media programs, from planning, design, to development and implementation. Manage multiple workflows and deliver project on time, and help set expectations for team while keeping all ongoing tasks on track. - Support to influence how product launch and momentum campaigns are developed to ensure maximum social media impact in the region. - Have a good knowledge of Apple, its products, its business prioritization to help the team deliver world-class communications on social media platforms.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 3+ years experience working with social media platforms, influencers and culture verticals, ideally within a learning digital agency or social production house.

    • Deep understanding of rednote, Weibo and other short-form video platforms, including content format, creative ideas, platform algorithms, trends, and best practices.

    • Strong sense of visual storytelling and content aesthetics suited to Gen Z.

    • Bilingual in Chinese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor or above degrees in communications, marketing, business administration, new media, photography & film, culture & arts, etc.

    • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate creative ideas and strategies across a global organization.

    • Organized, deadline-driven, and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

    • Proven track record of working collaboratively with cross-functional creative and production teams.

    • Possess a strong visual design background with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to details.

    • Effective communication skills, written and verbal, with a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally.

    • Desire to deliver at an outstanding level with a particular passion for crafting work that is thoughtful, relevant, accurate, clear and inspiring.

    • Ability to make sense of complex and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.

    • Uses a combination of feedback and reflection to gain productive insight into personal strengths and weaknesses.

    • Knows how to marshal resources (people, funding, material, support) to get things done.

    • High level of professional judgement and autonomy.

    • Self managed and independent.
