    Position summary

    Validate feasibility of bold manufacturing goals during early development phases.
    Conduct studies to ensure mass-production readiness.
    Implement scalable, high-volume solutions with contract manufacturers.
    Present data-driven insights to influence key business & design decisions.
    Periodic travel is required.

    Preferred Qualifications
    Strong cross-functional communication & project management
    End-to-end program management in matrix organizations
    Passion for innovation & advanced manufacturing
    Vacuum technology & high-vacuum equipment design
    Mechanical failure analysis & production validation
    Programming, simulation, big data analytic, Machine Learning/AI in manufacturing, FEA expertise

    Minimum Qualifications
    BS in Mechanical Design/Manufacturing (MS preferred)
    5+ years in fixture/machine development (R&D or production)
    Expertise in materials & fabrication (CNC, stamping, MIM, laser, injection molding)
    Advanced CAD/CAM skills (Solid Works, CATIA, UG, Pro/E, etc.)
    Fluent English capability
