    The WW Commercial Leader for Retail Education leads strategy, performance, and go-to-market for Apple Retail's Education business globally, including hardware and services.

    Description

    You will lead the WW commercial strategy and execution for Education in Apple Retail. This includes defining the segment approach, evolving the value proposition for students and educators, and developing go-to-market strategies that drive acquisition, engagement, and lifetime value.

    You will lead a team and set direction across multiple priorities, evolving with the needs of the business. You will partner closely with teams across all Retail functions, Product Marketing, Supply & Operations, Finance, and our Regional teams to bring ideas to life. You will also communicate regularly with senior leaders on performance, growth opportunities, and progress.     Strategy Development: Build a clear point of view on students and educators, their needs, market dynamics, and how Apple can best serve them in Retail.

    Value Proposition Innovation: Identify unmet needs and develop differentiated value propositions and programs tailored to students and educators, in partnership with cross-functional teams.

    Team Leadership & Development: Set priorities, lead and coach individuals, and scale impact through others.

    Clear Communication and Storytelling: Turn insights and performance into simple, actionable, and compelling stories. Drive alignment and influence decision-making at senior levels.

    Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely across Retail teams, Product Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Regional teams to align on strategy, cohesive execution of key initiatives.

    Market & Customer Insight: Bring a deep understanding of the Education landscape into strategy, including student and educator segments, institutional dynamics, and competitive offerings. Translate insights into actionable strategies.

    Preferred Qualifications

    Experience in education or adjacent customer segments

    Background in retail or omnichannel go-to-market strategy

    Communication and storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive leadership

    Ability to operate with autonomy, navigate ambiguity, and influence across a matrixed organization

    Experience building, developing, and retaining high-performing, inclusive teams

    Ability to foster a collaborative environment that values diverse perspectives and encourages cross-functional partnership

    Minimum Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

    10+ years of experience in strategy, go-to-market, or commercial roles

    3+ years of experience managing and developing teams

    Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution with measurable business impact

    Experience owning or influencing business performance

    Experience applying analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate market dynamics and business performance

    Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $191,400 and $288,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

    Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
