Job Description Summary
Requires in-depth knowledge and experience. Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services. Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions. Works independently, receives minimal guidance. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
Key Responsibilities
At least +6 years semiconductor thin film or Etch process/hardware experience preferred.
Strong Data analysis capabilities is required, Direct experience of algorithm writing (e.g., R, Python) is a plus.
A semiconductor process and hardware expert with hands-on lab/fab experience and knowledge of state-of-the-art analytics applications.
Engage on service product development including NPI alpha in lab and optimization at customer sites.
Deploy New service products to solve customer HVPs in troubleshoot issues in fabs and validate value in the field.
Lead and support projects to deliver to KPIs for success at customer site.
Communicate clearly and timely to both internal and external customers on progress vs plan, results, next steps, and help needed.
Document BKMs and procedures to help develop training material and train the trainer.
Travel to international locations at ~25%.Functional Knowledge
