    Position Overview

    This position reports directly to the Business Unit (BU) CFO of Front-End Products (FEP). This position will play a critical role in supporting the business unit by leading pricing analytics, portfolio management, and other ad hoc financial analysis. The role is responsible for optimizing revenue and profitability through effective pricing governance, portfolio analytics, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate has a strong background in finance, pricing and business analytics, with a proven ability to drive results in a dynamic environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Work with leadership to develop & implement pricing strategies and track pricing performance to maximize profitability and market competitiveness for the FEP business unit.

    • Analyze product portfolio performance, identify trends, and recommend actions to optimize portfolio mix and financial outcomes.

    • Partner with Business Management, Global Product Marketing, Business Management Operations & Product Management teams to align pricing and portfolio decisions with business objectives.

    • Lead financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business case development for new and existing products.

    • Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer feedback to inform pricing and portfolio strategies.

    • Establish and enforce pricing governance, including approval processes and compliance controls.

    • Prepare and present regular reports on pricing effectiveness, portfolio performance, and key financial metrics to senior leadership.

    • Coordinate efforts of ACE team in support of budgeting & forecasting processes for the FEP business unit.

    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in pricing and portfolio management processes and tools.

    • Manage development of one direct report (Pricing Analyst) and ensure team is successfully meeting objectives and deliverables.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

    • 7+ years of experience in finance, pricing, or portfolio management, ideally in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing.

    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with financial modeling and data analysis tools.

    • Demonstrated experience driving pricing strategy and supporting product portfolio analysis.

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    • Experience with people-management, developing and leading direct reports to achieve team objectives.

    The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

    For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
