Planning and managing the services provided to employees in the following areas:
Defining and monitoring the service indicators of the service operation groups (work environment, catering, transportation, cleaning, maintenance, etc.) through:
Managing the measurement routine and analyzing the results and trends with the professional team and service providers to lead the continuous improvement processes of service performance.
Development, planning and management of the employee services team on the company's campus, while instilling a culture of service and training the teams in service standards
Management of communication and information of campus services for employees by managing the campus services portal and carrying out internal communication in various media
Support in managing employee events on and off campus in coordination with the service groups.
Management of the internal LOOK&FEEL team in the interface with the construction project management team on the campus to create a pleasant and modern work environment experience
What you should have?
Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration or a related field
3 years' experience in employee services management or advanced management in a similar field (Hi-Tech domains - advantage)
Ability to manage and lead a team, including project management skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Proficiency in English
Ability to establish relationships and collaborate with external suppliers
Ability to manage processes and long-term planning
Ability and experience in service system implementation Top of Form
