Key Responsibilities
Develop new procedures and Best Known Methods (BKMs) to service new products
Participate in and own first chamber Build & Test in Apps lab of revolutionary technologies
Solve issues, or work with Engineering to address issues identified
Work with Manufacturing to develop procedures and participate on New Product final test
Travel to customer sites to support and solve high value problems and generate solutions
Be the central informational expert on latest technologies, traveling to Engineering sites to collect best practices and consolidate learnings
Participate in or own CAPA process
Identify new parts that require to be stocked by AGS and work with them to ensure parts are stocked in correct locations
Functional Knowledge
Demonstrates expanded conceptual knowledge in own discipline and broadens capabilities

Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work

No supervisory responsibilities but provides informal guidance to new team members
