Key Responsibilities
Expected to take accountability of assigned project scope of work and timelines.
May work from limited or no documentation
Perform tool build, integration, testing and troubleshooting to start-up new tools.
Perform Planning, communicating, and coordinating support plans between stakeholders
Perform periodic diagnostic testing and necessary preventative maintenance to ensure tool productivity and quality performance.
Able to work with Clean Room Facilities stakeholders to specify tool facilities requirements to meet needs of the tool.
Able to work with the facilities group to manage & troubleshoot any facilities related issues
Applies diagnostic techniques and use of documentation and test equipment. Define & execute Qualification plans.
Able to perform routine preventive maintenance within established timeframes.
Participate in projects to improve productivity, maintenance downtime, costs reduction and uptime improvement.
Uses training and experience to identify process, software or hardware related system problems.
Strives to perform BKM's. Uses knowledge management systems. Follows all IP guidelines.
Assumes responsibility for complete customer satisfaction within work area
Comply with all safety procedures and consistently demonstrates safety as a value
Requirements
Prior Experience in ALD Process tools is preferred
Prior experience in Cleanroom Facilities VMB & Ampoule Set-up is preferred.
Prior hands-on experiences in Wafer Fabrication Semiconductor tools
Relevant education qualification in Engineering
Ability to work with deadlines and with all levels of stakeholders
Ability to work in cleanroom work environment
Expected to work shifts and weekends (Rostered)
