Manufacturing Engineer II (Display Fab) - (E2)

driven the proliferation of displays that create dynamic and stunning visual experiences for consumers. The facility, which occupies about 5.1 hectares includes two cleanrooms and a laboratory. It is located close to customers in the Tainan Science Park, to provide fast support to our display customers throughout Asia

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality.

• Restructure and maintain Bill of Material (BOM) for manufacturing and supply chain strategies strategy deployment across multiple products.

• Utilize CAE software such as Creo and Inventor for design and analysis.

• Design mechanical components and tools for manufacturing productivity improvement, with a preference for experience in mechatronic integration.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement design changes and improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related role.

• Strong understanding of BOM concepts and management.

• Over 2 years of experience with CAE software (Creo, Inventor).

• Experience and knowledge in Finite Element Analysis (FEA).

• Experience in mechanical design and development, with a preference for mechatronic integration.

• Python programming skill is a plus.

• Communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken, with a TOEIC score of 600 or above.

• Proactive and positive attitude.

• Ability to navigate and make decisions with limited information and ambiguity.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

• Effective time management and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
