The Manufacturing Quality Engineer (m/f/d) ensures that products meet company and customer quality standards throughout the production process. This role focuses on developing and applying quality standards, conducting tests, analyzing operational data, and driving corrective actions to maintain compliance and improve manufacturing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Develops and applies quality standards in accordance with company and customer requirements. Develops and conducts related tests.
Develops and uses procedures. Prepares documentation for inspection/ testing procedures. Recommends corrective action for procedural, product, or process deficiencies.
Analyze operational data; Develop and implement recommendations. Lead Quality audits.
Evaluates work methods, procedures and policies. Tracks progress of qualification status, reviews reliability test results, determines disposition of non-compliant products, reviews and releases qualification packs.
Utilizes drawings, specifications, industry standards, and sketches, adapting inspection measuring devices and procedures when necessary. Read and interpret technical drawings and specification requirements.
Your Profile:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Quality Assurance.
3-5 years of experience in Manufacturing Quality, Process Quality, or Production Quality roles
Professional Certifications: Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA).
Strong understanding of manufacturing quality standards, inspection/testing procedures, and industry regulations.
Hands-on experience with inspection tools, measurement systems, and adapting devices for manufacturing testing.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
Familiarity with reliability testing, qualification processes, and corrective action methodologies.
