Job Description
We are looking for a highly talented Purchasing account Team buyer to join our purchasing team and support both NPI and HVM (High Volume Manufacturing) production

What you'll be doing:
NPI Core Activities
Manage orders and quotation requests by choosing vendors suited to technology and production needs.
Negotiate prices with vendors to ensure technical and competitive value.
Lead coordination meetings with suppliers and R&D Module owners to align design, manufacturability, and schedules.
Join R&D technical meetings to select suppliers based on technology, capacity, cost, and lead time.
HVM Core Activities
Oversee supplier operations (Forecast, POs, FGIs, ECOs, obsolescence, MRP, transitions, repairs, service agreements, OTD).
Coordinate purchasing with planning and engineering to maintain target inventory levels.
Lead supplier quality with manufacturing and engineering teams.
Ensure timely material delivery.
Address issues in material accounting and receiving.
Advise management on supplier status, action plans, and long-term concerns.
What should you have?
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electronics Engineering or Practical Mechanical / Electronics Engineering preferred.
7+ years' experience in Purchasing, preferably within high-tech or capital equipment sectors.
7+ years' Mechanical Engineering experience as an R&D designer or NPI engineer, ideally in high-tech or capital equipment industries.
Service- oriented, experienced with suppliers and internal customers
Independent, team player with high negotiation skills
High level English (writing, speaking and reading)
High presentation skills
Program management experience

Great interpersonal skills
