    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a Product Technical Expert (PTE) to join our Product Management team, focused on the development of next-generation semiconductor manufacturing equipment. The PTE will serve as the technical and strategic lead for a specific product line, ensuring alignment between customer requirements, engineering design, and manufacturing capabilities. This role is critical in driving innovation, accelerating time-to-market, and ensuring product performance and reliability in high-precision, high-complexity environments.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the technical owner of a product line throughout the product lifecycle-from concept to volume production.

    • Lead cross-functional design reviews, ensuring alignment between mechanical, electrical, software, and process engineering teams.

    • Work closely with the supplier engineering and supply chain teams to evaluate and qualify components, ensuring they meet technical, quality, and cost requirements. Analyze component suitability and integration into the overall system architecture.

    • Drive design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for serviceability (DFS) to optimize cost, quality, and uptime.

    • Support prototype builds, system integration.

    • Support continuous improvement and design enhancements in collaboration with R&D and manufacturing divisions

    • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including BOMs, CAD models, and engineering change orders (ECOs).

    • Stay current with semiconductor industry trends, competitive technologies, and emerging process requirements.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Systems Engineering.

    • 3+ years of experience in product development within the semiconductor equipment or high-tech capital equipment industry.

    • Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes (e.g., lithography, etch, deposition, metrology).

    • Knowledge in CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, NX), PLM systems, and FMEA methodologies is an added advantage

    • Experience with vacuum systems, robotics, thermal management, or precision motion control is highly desirable.

    • Excellent communication and leadership skills with a proven ability to work cross-functionally in a global environment.
