Order Management Specialist

? About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our Order Management Operations team. This role is ideal for someone with strong ERP knowledge and a passion for supporting sales processes, ensuring seamless customer experience, and maintaining operational excellence.

? Key Responsibilities

• ✅ Prepare and generate quotations and opportunities in the ERP system under supervision, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to customers

• ✅ Create and maintain Sales Orders in ERP with a high level of precision

• ✅ Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels

• ✅ Proactively escalate unmet customer requirements to ensure prompt resolution

• ✅ Support the sales team in managing a controlled volume of orders and transactions efficiently

• ✅ Maintain data integrity and documentation aligned with company standards.

? Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree: B.Com, B.B.M, B.A, B.Sc

• Postgraduate degree preferred: M.Com or MBA

? Experience

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, or Customer Support

? Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Hands-on experience with SAP (CRM & ECC) or similar ERP systems
