Management, Global Product Marketing, and Operations. The position requires an individual who is eager to work across functions and levels to provide valued Finance support.
Business partnering with executive management team; primary finance partner for Business Management, Global Product Marketing, & Business Management Operations organizations
Owns strategic financial model, measurement, and execution around value capture opportunities
Deal analysis - partnering with Business Management on profitability & commercials. Recommends or leads product or service improvements to commercial deal structures
Sales Approval analysis - partnering with Business Management on ASP increase initiatives and alignment to PDP pricing strategy
Drive execution towards Days Sales Outstanding and FGI dwell time targets
Support for BU S&OP Demand Reviews, including scenario planning and market share implications
Coordination across functions to drive build plan reconciliation alignment
Bookings, billing, backlog analysis and market share forecast
Forecasting & delivering predictable financial results
Close/GAAP, including revenue recognition (working with ORCA and closing out SRD, TSO, POD) and balance sheet management
Process improvement in collaboration with peers in Silicon Product Group (SPG)
Support Competitive & Market Share growth strategy
Perform Red Team Analyses
Key participant on Agile Finance initiatives; lead for one segment-wide initiative

U.S. Salary Range:
$133,500.00 - $183,500.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
