Qualifications:
Master's degree in chemistry/ physics, materials engineering, electrical engineering, optoelectronics or related field .
Over 8 years of hands-on experience in Etch process tools, with proven track record of interfacing with TSMC customers.
Candidates with prior leadership experience will be considered a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to explain sensitive information and work to build consensus among project stakeholders .
Proficient in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate professionally in a global business environment.
