Handle disruptions, warranty issues, and escalations
Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and quality guidelines (IQMS)
Support budget planning and monitoring
Maintain documentation in CAFM systems (e.g., TriRiga, Maximo)
Organize internal relocations
Conduct site inspections to identify and implement repair measures
Collaborate with EHS to uphold environmental, health, and safety standards
Required Qualifications:
Degree in Facility Management or technical training (e.g., electrical, HVAC, mechanical) with further qualification as technician/master and additional certification in Facility or Building Management
Several years of experience in Facility Management, ideally in the semiconductor or high-tech industry
Project management experience
Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, CAFM systems; CAD knowledge is a plus
Fluent in German; good command of English (written and spoken)
Independent, structured, and service-oriented work style with strong interpersonal skills
Cost-conscious and analytical mindset
