Key Responsibilities
Lead two software engineering teams, including team leads and developers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Oversee the development of two distinct products, ensuring alignment and collaboration across teams.
Drive all phases of the software development lifecycle: requirements analysis, design, implementation, integration, release, and support.
Collaborate closely with project managers, product managers, and cross-functional teams.
Champion Agile methodologies and foster a culture of innovation.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the teams.
Cultivate a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Recruit, mentor, and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of direct experience managing software engineering teams.
Proven leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
Strong proficiency in Java or C# development.
Expertise in object-oriented design and development.
Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks, particularly SCRUM.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
Commitment to high standards in code quality, testing, and performance.
