Collaborate closely with product managers, field engineers and architects to develop a prioritized test plan that addresses technological challenges while meeting the precise needs of our customers.
Perform testing and troubleshooting in various complexity levels, and operate multidisciplinary systems
Work with automation developers and qualification teams to create and implement the appropriate test plan, and troubleshoot complex issues as they arise.
Review spec requirements to ensure clarity for the development team and influence the team for effective development and coverage planning.
What you should have:
B.Sc/M.Sc in Engineering, with 5+ years of multidisciplinary systems R&D.
Strong analytical skills and self-learning.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent collaboration capabilities, with different disciplines and the ability to work independently.
FAB work experience - Advantage.
Leadership skills.
Strong English oral and written communication skills, presenting skills.
