ager to support our SuCCESS2030 (Supply Chain Certification for Environmental and Social Sustainability) sustainable supply chain initiative. The ideal candidate works within the SuCCESS2030 Program Office and is responsible for specific sustainable supply chain initiatives and compliance metrics. This role contributes to the development of the SuCCESS2030 functional strategy and leads projects to achieve milestones and objectives.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Responsible for managing and driving projects and initiatives in support of Applied Material Supplier Diversity and Responsibility Program throughout the company. Will help to lead access to upcoming RFPs. Track and report progress of projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with commodity managers to deliver on initiatives impacting AMAT supply chain, managing project plans
Drive continuous improvement and standardization across AMAT sourcing strategy
Serve as liaison to engineers
Owns delivery of scorecard metrics
Act as escalation point for projects. Act as mediator to provide resolutions in a timely manner
Develop and maintain relationships with senior leaders and stakeholder groups in all Business Units and be an advocate for supplier diversity and supplier responsibility
Develop and maintain internal relationships
Represent Supplier Diversity in support of RFP projects
Manage conflict minerals further due diligence

U.S. Salary Range:
$84,000.00 - $115,500.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
