    As a Systems Engineer, you'll design, integrate, and optimize complex systems that drive the semiconductor industry forward. Your expertise in systems thinking and problem-solving is essential as you collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop advanced solutions to intricate processes and writing system specifications. You'll be responsible for analyzing requirements, defining system architectures, conducting thorough testing, and ensuring seamless integration of subsystems. Additionally, you'll identify and mitigate risks, confirming that our systems meet the highest quality standards and exceed customer expectations.

    Role Responsibilities:

    • Lead and/or develop and execute significantly complex projects having a substantial mix of electrical, mechanical, physics, algorithms and software design, which are leading edge of system functionality or technology, and spearhead research and development of new technologies as appropriate

    • Work with marketing to ensure the meet market requirement specifications (MRS) is valid and attainable.

    • Lead architecture brainstorming meetings and drive the systems process to down select to a final architecture of a project level system

    • Use systems analysis to create diagrams to review specifications; influence product engineering and software to utilize system engineering concepts for new, complex designs and ongoing engineering improvements, and supervise tests

    • Interface with other groups to workout design, systems architecture development and integration issues

    • Identify and troubleshoot significantly complex engineering problems, which are on leading edge of technology or system functionality

    • Review system engineering test results and architecture development ideas. Influence and communicate change in adjusting design direction as necessary

    • Support System Integration during the assembly and final testing of new product designs.

    • Work with vendors to develop new competitive products and takes business issues into consideration

    • Provide remote and onsite support to field support personnel as required

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Software)

    • 10-15 years of experience

    • Experience with Chemical Mechanical Planarization (CMP)

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Demonstrated experience leading complex project teams or initiatives

    • Experience with Common Graphics Architecture (CGA)

    • Experience with AiX

    The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

    For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
