    Position summary

    Job Description:

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage a team of software engineers, ensuring high performance and quality delivery.

    • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust Python applications.

    • Architect and implement cloud solutions on AWS and Azure, ensuring best practices in security, scalability, and cost-efficiency.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

    • Mentor and guide team members in technical and professional growth.

    • Implement DevOps practices to streamline CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes.

    • Develop and maintain APIs using FastAPI and GraphQL.

    • Ensure the team follows best practices in coding, testing, and documentation.

    • Manage database design, optimization, and maintenance.

    • Drive productivity within the team by implementing efficient workflows and leveraging code assist tools.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

    • Proven experience as a Technical Manager or similar role, leading large teams.

    • Strong proficiency in Python programming.

    • Extensive experience with AWS or Azure cloud services.

    • Solid understanding of DevOps practices and tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, etc.).

    • Experience with FastAPI and GraphQL.

    • Strong knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL).

    • Good understanding of design patterns and microservices architecture.

    • Experience with MLOps (Machine Learning Operations) for deploying and managing machine learning models in production.

    • Experience with LLMOps (Large Language Model Operations) for deploying and managing large language models.

    • Experience with Databricks for big data processing and analytics.

    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    • Strong communication and leadership skills.

    • Ability to drive productivity and leverage code assist tools to enhance team efficiency.
