Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical discipline. Strong technical capability with program management skills.
5+ years of program management experience, preferably in a technical or product development environment.
Semiconductor industry experience is required. Preferable in the area of technical product development.
Experience with CVD tools or products is a plus but not required.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive execution in a matrixed organization.
Strong understanding of technical content development and ability to engage with engineering teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with senior leadership.
Demonstrated experience in risk management, milestone planning, and timeline enforcement.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building structure from the ground up.
Proven ability to lead without authority, influence outcomes, and drive accountability

U.S. Salary Range:
$160,000.00 - $220,000.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
