WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead a team of ~10 engineers based in the Netherlands
Define teams' objectives / key results and ensure it aligns with Box's business goals
Align, coach and inspire team members to excel on Box values
Guide the professional growth of engineers, providing relevant and timely career guidance and feedback
Identify opportunities to increase organizational efficiency by applying industry best practices
Champion engineering and operational excellence by establishing tier-1 engineering principles
Promote a culture of ownership and technical excellence, leading by examples
WHO YOU ARE
You have 4+ years of experience leading engineering teams
You have 10+ years of technical experience building full stack web applications or large-scale distributed systems
You have experience with both Cybersecurity and DevOps best practices - Reliability fundamentals, CI/CD, Test Engineering, Observability
You have worked with cloud technologies - AWS, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes
You are able to build alignment and execute on new technical ideas
You have a people-oriented leadership style
