I'd love to see more women in leadership roles in the company, but they have made some recent hires at the C-Staff level which will hopefully help. On a positive note, the corporate value "Bring your ____ self to work" is 100% true and embraced. People are really encouraged to bring their whole and true selves to work. It's a fun place to work.

There is a strong presence of powerful women in leadership roles and very minimal gender discrepancies. While it would be unfair to say Box is the 100% gender aligned, in my experience, most issues are recognized by execs because of the strong open communication within the organization. Women have a voice and they help guide this company in a positive and transformative way.

I worked here for a long time and felt the leadership and the team in general is great for women. There are always, at any enterprise company, some sexist sales execs, but HR is responsive and the company is young enough to be progressive. Women at all level seem to be advancing faster than men (woo hoo!) and they're always searching for more women in leadership roles.
