"You can really go far and get a lot out of Box, but you have to be a very strong advocate for yourself. Managers are often stretched beyond their capacity to focus on your growth and identify opportunities to align you to. There is also a great deal of focus on HQ employees over remote offices. "

"Box has been so flexible with me in terms of needing to pick up a sick son, WFH when he cant go to daycare and also supporting me in my career as well. "

"Flexibility varies by departments/management. Do your research and ask about the policies for the specific department (not the company in general). The company is becoming more supportive of working mothers. But not everyone is there yet."
