    We need strong sellers to help new customers realize their digital transformation goals while evolving how our current customer base leverages Box. By joining the Box Enterprise Sales team you will have an opportunity to work alongside our most senior sales leaders and our largest customer base.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    The successful candidate will lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives, with responsibility for Financial Services accounts in the region. You will directly manage a team up to 8 field sales professionals and you will build and own the long-term strategy for your region and the Financial Services Vertical. You will also be focused on mentoring your extended team of Inside Sales professionals and Solutions Engineers and will need to work closely with your peers in Systems Engineering, Consulting and Field Marketing leadership.

    Executive presence, strategic thinking and the ability to inspire your team (both direct reports and extended team members) to achieve optimal performance are all critical to success in this role.

    WHO YOU ARE

    • 5+ years of quota-carrying Enterprise sales experience

    • 5+ years managing and leading a successful field sales team

    • Prior experience successfully selling into the Financial Services vertical

    • Prior success in ECM, Cloud, or SaaS sales management

    • Proven successful track record of exceeding quotas

    $312,000 - $468,000 USD
